The minimum threshold for entering the fund is a deposit that is at least 1% of the fund's capitalization (you can see the capitalization amount on this site both on the chart and in a special dedicated area below it), and take into account the possible transaction fees when making a deposit. All subsequent deposits and withdrawals have no limits and are limited only by your share in the fund (balance).

Replenishment and withdrawals are available both in full and in part. In the case of replenishment, it is enough to notify about it in order to discuss options for replenishment. In case of withdrawal - you must notify as soon as possible so that the fund can prepare the necessary amount. The fund will not sell any assets if there is a shortage of available funds. In addition, you should understand that a partial withdrawal of funds will reduce your share of profits in the fund (percentage) and, in addition, there may be commissions from correspondent banks.

It is recommended to rely solely on the total capitalization or the average share of other investors. The larger the amount, the greater your share of the profit, but also the greater the share of losses. It is recommended to withhold from any of your income 10-20% before deducting all taxes and expenses, it is this amount that is recommended to be invested. The only question is your financial capabilities at the moment.

There is no reason to worry that your money will disappear or turn into zero, since there are other investors in the fund besides you who share both profits and losses with you. In addition, the fund also contains large amounts of the manager himself (this is the main difference between the hedge fund and the rest). Thus, your funds are insured against the reckless actions of the manager by sharing the losses with you.

A hedge fund may not have an office (this is a common practice), this simply does not make sense, all management takes place in any place convenient for the manager, where there is an Internet connection.

The fund has no commissions. However, consider third-party correspondent bank fees on transactions between you and the fund (for deposits or withdrawals). The Fund does not act as a withholding agent, so each investor is regulated by a resident tax authority in your country. The taxes that the fund must pay for making profits are accounted for in the fund as expenses, they are controlled by the manager and are paid once a year.

In the event of the death of an investor, all heirs have full rights to his account. The heir provides us with a death certificate and a certificate that he is a relative, after which the account is transferred to his name. Such heirs can be individually appointed by the investor himself during his lifetime. The heir must declare his rights to the inheritance no later than two years from the date of the death of the investor.
